You may make an order for purchase of any Product that is offered through the Website.

Whenever you make an order, you declare that you have provided all necessary details for the delivery of the Product to the destination specified by you in the Order;

Any Product purchased from Mj Hospital Supplies will be delivered to you within 12 hours for order within Nairobi and within 24hrs countrywide from the time you place your order. Mj Hospital Supplies shall however not be liable to you in any way for failure of delivery being made to you within the indicated timelines;

Unless otherwise stated, all charges/prices for Products shall be quoted in Kenya Shillings;

As a User, you will pay for the Products and Services provided by Mj Hospital Supplies in accordance with the prices/tariff guide posted on the Website or communicated by Mj Hospital Supplies from time to time.

You will be required to enter a valid phone number while placing an order on the Website. By registering your phone number with Us, you consent to be contacted by Mj Hospital Suppliesvia phone calls and / or SMS notifications, in case of any order or delivery related updates

While availing any of the payment method/s offered by us, wel will not be responsible or assume any liability, whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly to you due to:

Lack of authorization for any transaction/s, or

Exceeding the preset limit mutually agreed by you and between your bank(s), or

Any payment issues arising out of the transaction, or

Decline of transaction for any other reason/s.

Should you fail to take delivery of the Product for any reason other than a failure of the Product which was within the control of Mj Hospital Supplies, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the Product to Mj Hospital Supplies store.

If a Product offered on the Website is not as reasonably described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition. Goods/products should be returned within 7 days.

If Mj Hospital Supplies is unable to deliver a Product due to legal requirements, we will return or will give credit for the amount received by Mj Hospital Supplies from the sale of such product that could not be delivered to you.

If Mj Hospital Supplies comes across any difference in pricing resulting from typographic errors with regards to pricing or product information, Mj Hospital Supplies shall have the right to rectify the same or cancel the order(s) and refund money, if any, collected from You within 24 hours of such corrective action taken. The mode of refund will be the same as that made by you to Mj Hospital Supplies unless otherwise advised by Mj Hospital Supplies.

Mj Hospital Supplies reserves the right to cancel any order without any explanation for doing so, under situation where We are not able to meet the requirement of the order placed or order so placed/cancelled does not comply with Mj Hospital Supplies policy or for any reason. Mj Hospital Supplies will use best endeavors to communicate the cancellation of an order in reasonable time, to the concerned person, and any applicable refund will be made in reasonable time
