Usage:

✔ Test at the same time each day

✔ Place the cuff on the left arm and the tube close to the center, towards the inside of the arm in line with the fingers

✔ Tie the arm circumference medium so that one finger can fit together to keep the arm band 1-2 cm below the elbow joint For best results, use your left arm as it is close to your heart and the center of the band is at the same height

✔ Do not eat, smoke, or drink alcohol 30 minutes before the testing

✔ Place your feet directly in front of you during the test, with your arms resting on a flat surface. Do not cross the legs

Caution when using a blood pressure monitor

1.Blood pressure varies constantly due to many factors, including stress, time of day, and the way you wrap the cuff around your body which may affect your blood pressure

2.This monitor is designed to measure blood pressure in humans (adults over 12 years old, not suitable for newborns)!

3.We do not recommend comparing the readings between different brands of blood pressure monitors

4.Please choose either Batteries or AC adapter

If choosing AC adapter, please remove the batteries

If choosing Batteries, please DO NOT plug in AC adapter
